These conditions define the procedure for ordering, shipping and returning or claiming goods in our online store.

The distributor of the goods offered on these pages is LILIE DESIGNS, Delnička 11, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia .

A customer is any visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, orders and pays for the ordered goods and thereby expresses his agreement with these contractual conditions.

By ordering the product, the Customer expresses his agreement with these contractual conditions.

Products are described and presented in detail and product color may vary due to lighting and monitor settings.

The prices are expressed in kuna and do not include VAT, because LILIE DESIGNS is not included in the VAT system.

When completing the purchase, the price specified on the day of the order is charged, which means that all ordered goods will be delivered according to the prices valid at the time of creation of the offer, i.e. at the time of purchase.

LILIE DESIGNS reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice and regardless of reduced prices and special offers.

ORDERS

LILIE DESIGNS reserves the right to delay the delivery of the product if there is a problem with payment or if the Customer has provided insufficient information regarding the delivery.

If the ordered product is not available (temporarily or sold out), the customer will be notified by e-mail.

In case the product is sold out, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be refunded.

 

All orders will be processed in Euro (EUR) according to the current prices at the time of data entry into the system.

 

The total cost of your order is the price of the ordered products plus shipping costs.
