REFUND

If for any reason you want to return the purchased product, you have the right to cancel the purchase without giving a reason.

You can do this within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

If you want to use the right to cancel, send us an e-mail at

or a written notification sent by registered mail with return receipt to the address:

LILIE DESIGNS, Delnička 11, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia

Be sure to include your full name, exact address and order number.

We accept your return of the purchased product only on the condition that the product is undamaged, unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

If you are returning the purchased product, we recommend that you send it by Hrvatska Pošta or any other international registered mail in order to receive the receipt number of the shipment and thus be sure that the product has been delivered to us, otherwise we bear no responsibility in the event of a lost shipment.

LILIE DESIGNS will refund you the full amount of the product excluding shipping costs (shipping cost and return shipment cost) as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date Lilie Designs is notified of your intention to exercise the right to a refund .

PRODUCTS ON DISCOUNT

Discounted products cannot be returned. We only accept returns for full price products.
